General Club Rules

Registration and Term fees MUST be paid on time and an enrollment form completed before starting a class.

Appropriate clothing must be worn: comfortable shorts/tights and T-shirt or a leotard if one is owned.

No jewelry, jeans, studded clothes or outside shoes are to be worn during training sessions. Piercings must be covered adequately if they cannot be removed.

Long hair must be tied up, away from the face.

Gymnasts may only enter into the Gym area when invited by their coach.

Parents/siblings must wait in the waiting area during classes- do not go on any equipment! *No siblings or friends are to be left at the gym without a parent.

Gymnasts must be courteous at all times to other gymnasts and coaching staff and treat others as they would like to be treated themselves. Bullying will NOT be tolerated.

Gymnasts must listen to the coaching staff and follow instructions.

Gymnasts are not to go on any equipment unless instructed to do so by a coach.

Gymnasts are to treat the gym, toilets, waiting room and the equipment with care and consideration. This includes putting any rubbish in the bin.

Any willful damage to club property will result in appropriate action being taken against the individual.

No food or drink is to be consumed in the gym area. (waiting area only)

Every child must wait inside the gym building for the parents to collect them, NOT outside in the car park or road.

If any parent feels they may be late collecting their child from the gym, they must message/call/email at the earliest opportunity.

Any parent that has a matter they wish to discuss regarding their child should make an appointment with the appropriate club coach.

Do not touch or obstruct the Fire Hose Reel, Fire Extinguishers or any exit.

Smoking and Alcohol in NOT allowed in or near the building, this includes near any door and in the carpark.

Park in the spaces provided and do not block others in. Please drive at a safe speed and watch for gymnasts and other people.

Absences of more than 2 weeks without explanation will mean removal from the Class Roll and placement offered to the next available child from our waiting list.
