School Programs

At Aspire Gymnastics we run programs for Schools and Holiday care groups.

There is the option to have lessons in our Aspire facility where participants can use specialised equipment or we can come to your school/facility and teachfitness and basic gymnastics skills (dependent on what equipment you currently have).

Schools and groups can arrange programs directly with the club or can apply for funding from Sporting Schools.

School/Groups Programs

What is it?

This program was developed to promote physical activity in a fun and safe environment, whilst focussing on motor skills; statics, locomotion, spring & landing, swing and rotation. Participants engage in structured fitness & cooperative games as well as skill based circuits. The lesson/s are adapted dependent on the age of participants & amount of sessions attended to support skill development.

* We can tailor lessons to be based on the EYLF, &  NSW PDHPE K-12 syllabus.

*Our programs will steadily progress from week to week to teach your students specific gymnastics skills whilst developing overall fitness, core strength, flexibility, and enhancing spatial awareness.

To do this, we need to act now to get our children to build a sporting life into their daily lives like millions of other Australians who make sport a daily habit. Sporting Schools is nurturing the sporting life in the primary school years by developing the relationship between schools and local club sports.

GYMNASTICS NSW INFORMATION!

I'm sure gymnastics will come up as a sporting program again and we'll definitely go through Aspire Gymnastics for that program when it does. The work you put in and the skills you have with teaching gymnastics and managing kids made it an amazing experience for everyone that went. Thanks very much!
