Registration Fees
Registration fees are paid once annually and includes GymNSW insurance/membership & Aspire administration costs.
All gymnasts must pay the full amount before commencing any class for insurance purposes.
This expires on the 31st December 2018.
If a gymnast is transferring from another club and has already paid their GymNSW fee, they will only need to pay a $10 fee for Aspire administration. in order to be transferred. The recreational payment decreases each term depending on what term you start in- you do not make a payment each term.
Term Fees
The fees are based on 10 week terms and must be paid prior to the new term commencing.
They are a fee for 1 class; If you would like to attend 2 or more classes each term, each class fee must be paid in full.

Discounts
Discounts apply to families with 2 or more children attending a class.
1st child- Full price (highest paying class). Second child- 5% discount. Third child-10% discount.
Refunds
Once committing to a class for the term and payment has been made, there are no refunds. If the circumstance for not attending the term is due to serious illness, injury or family factors, from 2 weeks notice to the gym the remaining paid fees can be used towards the following term.
Payments
All payments are due in full into the club account prior to the term commencing. Please refer to emails to know when fees are due throughout the year. Payments may be made in instalments, if arranged with the club prior to the term beginning.
